Seat-Based Pricing

Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade to Pro
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Upgrade to Pro". Choose monthly or annual billing.
Add/Remove Seats
In Settings → Billing, click "Manage Seats" to adjust your team size.
Update Payment Method
Access the Stripe Customer Portal from settings to update cards, download invoices, or change billing details.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel anytime from the Customer Portal. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately (upgrades) or at the end of your billing cycle (downgrades).
What happens to my documents if I downgrade?
Your documents are never deleted. If you exceed the Free plan limit (10 documents), you'll need to delete some or upgrade to create new ones. Existing documents remain accessible.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
No, AI credits reset each billing cycle and don't accumulate. Use them or lose them! Credits reset on your monthly billing date.
Can I get a refund?
