Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade to Pro
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Upgrade to Pro". Choose monthly or annual billing.
Update Payment Method
Access the Stripe Customer Portal from settings to update cards, download invoices, or change billing details.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel anytime from the Customer Portal. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.

What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days, you'll be asked to subscribe to keep using DocsHub. Your documents are never deleted — subscribe anytime to pick up right where you left off.
Is the price really flat, no matter how many users?
Yes. Whether your team has 2 people or 200, Pro is $49/month (or $490/year). There are no per-user or per-seat charges.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes! You can switch billing periods or cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Contact support at support@docshub.app within 30 days of your first payment.
